In times of economic uncertainties, precarious career trajectories and widely publicised youth protests, the project Longing for the Future asks how those who are considered to be “society’s future” – hence today’s youths – work on and imagine their very own future lives.
The project draws on scientific research on life stories, career trajectories and self-conceptions and provides a space for expressions of hopes, ideas, expectations and challenges shared by (young) people across the world.
